Laptop RAMs are usually placed on the
bottom part of the gadget for easier access when the owner wishes to
upgrade the laptop memory. A vast majority of RAMs today feature a 4GB
memory, which is enough for office or home use.
* Internal Storage
Hard
Disks allow people to store various types of files such as documents,
games, pictures and any other applications into their laptops. While
most hard disks are small, ranging from 46 to 64 millimetres in size,
they can actually store up to 500 GB.
* Power Supply
A laptop
contains a rechargeable battery which can be charged by connecting an AC
cable to the external power supply. The power supply usually has a DC
voltage of about 14.8 volts.

manufacturers. These screens vary in their sizes; some come in bigger
15" displays while others can be as small as 13".

Netbooks
are those smaller, thinner and lighter types of laptops which can fit
even in miniature bags. Netbooks are also cheaper than full-size
laptops. However, they also provide a limited number of applications and
functions. For example, netbooks do not have CD drives, therefore
preventing the owner to watch movies or play videos with CDs.
